1): Radamel Falcao - £60 million
The Colombian hotshot is insistent that he is happy to stay at AS Monaco, but out of all players in European football, it is he who has most been linked with a move away according to the British press - even if it is on a loan basis.
Linked clubs - Juventus, Liverpool (unlikely now they have completed a deal for Mario Balotelli).
2): Edinson Cavani - £55 million
A clinical striker when competing in Serie A, but in Ligue 1 he has mostly been deployed left of centre, in order to accommodate Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Paris Saint-Germain. As such, the former is seemingly disgruntled and there are a clutch of clubs willing to make him their number one weapon. As this data study indicates, Cavani is far superior in many key departments to Olivier Giroud.
Linked clubs - Arsenal (£35m swap deal plus Olivier Giroud), Liverpool (unlikely now they have completed a deal for Mario Balotelli).
3): Arturo Vidal - £45 million
Perpetually associated with a move to Manchester United, star midfielder Arturo Vidal could be the next high-profile Old Trafford transfer on the cards after Angel di Maria completes his switch from Real Madrid. Juventus would prefer to keep the coveted Chilean, but an offer in excess of £45 million could be too good to turn down.

4): Marco Reus - £44 million
Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp may have stated that he believes Reus will stay for a long time, more so after appointing the attacker as the club's vice captain, but even the German media believe a transfer could still materialise.
Linked clubs - Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Manchester United (unlikely now they are close to confirming the capture of Angel di Maria).
5): William Carvalho - £30 million
The versatile Portuguese youngster, who can play in central defence as well as the heart of midfield, has a release clause of £37 million, however, according to A Bola this morning, Sporting Lisbon would accept a more modest fee should a talented youngster arrive the other way on loan. In the case of Arsenal, that could be Serge Gnabry or Yaya Sanogo.
Linked clubs - Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United.
6): Juan Cuadrado - £30 million
A World Cup star with Colombia, versatile footballer Juan Cuadrado could be on the cusp of an exit from Fiorentina yet it seems interested clubs may be wary of his price-tag. Cuadrado recently told La Nazione that "there's still time [for a transfer to happen]," when he was asked about his future. Barcelona could make a late move, after being denied the opportunity to enter the transfer market until 2016 due to an upheld FIFA ban.
Linked clubs - Barcelona, Chelsea, Manchester United.
7): Mehdi Benatia - £25 million
Arguably the most talented available centre back on the summer market, Mehdi Benatia has been valued by his club, AS Roma, to be worth €30 million+ (£25 million). Roma recently "scrapped" a proposed meeting with Bayern over a move, leaving "Arsenal and United in a two-horse race".
Linked clubs - Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Manchester United.
8): Daley Blind - £20 million
A utility player adept at left back and holding the midfield, Daley Blind could follow Louis van Gaal from the Dutch national football team to Manchester United. Blind may have had an excellent World Cup - and was lauded by legendary striker Thierry Henry - but Ajax lost 3-1 to PSV Eindhoven at the weekend, with Daley producing a performance he'll be keen to regret. The Dutch press recently pondered the player's transfer status.

9): Memphis Depay - £15 million
A recent report asked if Memphis Depay is the most in-form club-level footballer in the world right now and, with a goal scored or assist provided once every 44 minutes he is on the pitch, it is hard to argue against his cause.
Linked clubs - Juventus, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur.
10): Petr Cech - £10 million
With Thibaut Courtois seemingly entrusted with the primary goalkeeping role at Chelsea, Jose Mourinho may be forced to ratify a sale that will perhaps disappoint him - Petr Cech's. The established glovesman is too good to sit on the bench and is not short of admirers.
Linked clubs - AS Monaco, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain.
