The Saints acquired Inter's Taider on a season-long loanjust three weeks ago in a deal that saw Dani Osvaldo head in the opposite direction.
However, the Algerian midfielder's spell in England looks to be over already. Southampton have cancelled the loan as the player has struggled to fit in since arriving at the start of the month, according to the Press Association's Simon Peach.

Southampton may now look to add another central midfielder before the transfer window slams shut on Monday evening, although they are already well covered in the middle of the park.
James Ward-Prowse, Jack Cork, Victor Wanyama, Steven Davis and Morgan Schneiderlin all play in midfield, while Gaston Ramirez can play in a more advanced role.
None of those players look likely to leave the club before Monday's deadline after a hectic transfer window has already seen the squad completely reshaped by manager Ronald Koeman, and Taider's departure will not mean that Osvaldo will return either.
He will remain with Inter for the remainder of the 2014/15 campaign after failing to impress at Southampton following his £12 million move from AS Roma last summer.
Is the loss of Taider a blow for Southampton? Do they need to bring in another midfielder?
