A round up of transfer stories this morning about Arsenal.

Arsenal target William Carvalho has played down the idea he could complete a late move away from Sporting Lisbon.

The Portuguese star has been linked with several Premier League clubs with Sporting reported to have reduced their asking price for him last week.

“I have a contract, I feel good at Sporting, I have nothing more to say,” said Carvalho.

Manchester City have been tipped to beat Arsenal with a late swoop for Monaco forward Radamel Falcao.

The Gunners have been linked with a move for the Colombian who is reported to have a huge loan fee from the Ligue One club.

Arsene Wenger could still urge his side to make a move as the transfer deadline looms.

Joel Campbell has reportedly demanded to leave the Gunners for Benfica.

Portuguese outlet O Jogo has made the claim ahead of the euphoria on transfer deadline day.

Campbell has so far failed to feature prominently in Arsene Wenger’s first team plans at the club.
