Beyond: Two Souls remaster could be heading to PS4

Discovery of PS4-based trophies for Quantic Dream's 2013 release on PS3 could signal a next gen remastering.

There have been a handful of remastered games released or announced lately, including The Last of Us which came out on PS4 in July, and the word that Capcom's original Resident Evil is coming to next gen. But, another title rumoured to be in the works is Beyond: Two Souls, originally released on PS3.

Exophase, a website that tracks achievements and trophies across your PSN, Xbox Live, and/or Steam accounts has a page dedicated to a PS4 version of Quantic Dream's action-adventure title. The website says it extracts trophy data from Sony' PSN platform, so could this be a hint at what's to come?

Beyond: Two Souls received a mixed bag of reviews at the time of its October 2013 release, with main praise towards actor Ellen Page, who played the main protagonist, Jodie Holmes. The game also starred Willem Dafoe, and extensive motion capture was used in order to bring a life-like feel to the title. Thanks, Polygon.
