The world class Colombian has said that he cannot wait to team-up with United's £59.7 million signing, Angel Di Maria.
Falcao won't be the only one excited by the talents of their record signing, as long as he can't carry his incredible international form over to domestic duties with United then he could quickly become a favourite of the Old Trafford crowd.
The Argentine almost single-handedly destroyed world champions Germany last night. In Argentina's 4-1 triumph Di Maria scored one and provided three assists, one of which was a sublime outside of the foot cross to Sergio Aguero.
Prior to Colombia's international friendly against Brazil, Falcao told reporters: "Angel is a fantastic player, I love the way he plays, I really do. I'm excited to be a team-mate of his."
The former Monaco forward sealed his move to Louis van Gaal's United after the club were granted a transfer extension in the early hours of Monday morning.
And despite the transfer taking many in football by complete surprise, the 28-year-old has said that the 20-times title winners had been holding talks to bring the striker to Old Trafford 'some months' before the news broke on deadline day.
He added: "I'm very proud to be at Man United.
"We've been in talks with the club for some months and in the end we were able to meet an agreement with Monaco on the last day of the transfer deadline."
United fans can get their first glimpse of Falcao in Friday's international friendly between Colombia and Brazil in Miami.
